Key performance areas

Verification and confirmation of customer profiles
  • Review and evaluate customer applications
  • Verify and update all customer details onto the system
  • Review and assess customers affordability and credit worthiness
  • Offer debit order option with every customers' call
  • Capture 30 Orders per hour
Maintain customer services 
  • Ensure a polite, friendly, and professional confirmation service is offered to all customers and external stakeholders
  • Improve overall customer experience and service delivery statistics
Quality control 
  • Ensure the accurate capturing of customer account details onto the system
  • Follow company processes accurately to ensure quality of service delivery
Administration and reporting 
  • Ensure the accurate completion of time sheets on a daily basis
  • Ensure all verification documents are completed and approved within the required timeframes
  • Provide daily/weekly/monthly reports as per business requirements
Provide relief services 
  • Provide relief work in other operational departments in order to meet business requirements and customer needs when required



Qualifications and accreditations
  • Grade 12/matric or equivalent
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

Experience and skills
  • One year experience in office administration and/or a data capturing preferably in a contact centre environment 
  • Clear understanding of an operational contact centre environment
